7、ECN导入跟踪与IPQC日常工作安排（首件、巡检）。

岗位要求：
1、熟悉过程管控，有锂电池PACK经验或者逆变器工作经验优先；
2、有PQE经验，精通PFMEA，熟悉车规五大工具；
3、有SQE经验，有辅导供应商质量得到明显提升着优先；
4、善于运用PDCA。
5、性格外向，具备一定情商，善于跨部门沟通与对外沟通。
