岗位职责
一、空间设计与规划
1、负责商业空间（如零售店铺、展厅、品牌体验店等）的整体空间设计，包括平面布局、动线规划、立面设计等。
2、根据品牌定位与营销策略，提供创意空间解决方案，提升品牌形象与顾客体验。
3、熟练使用CAD、SketchUp、3D Max、Photoshop等设计软件，完成设计方案及施工图绘制。
二、陈列设计与执行
1、负责商品陈列方案设计，包括橱窗展示、店内陈列、主题布置等，提升视觉吸引力与销售转化。
2、结合季节、节日、促销活动等节点，策划并执行陈列更新方案。
3、指导陈列道具的选型与布置，确保陈列效果符合品牌调性。
三、项目协调与落地
1、与施工方、供应商、品牌方等多方沟通协调，确保设计方案高质量落地。
2、跟进项目进度，控制成本与质量，解决现场问题。
3、参与项目验收，收集反馈并优化后续方案。
4、关注行业设计趋势、消费者行为及竞品动态，持续优化设计策略。
5、参与品牌视觉标准制定，推动空间与陈列体系的标准化与模块化。
任职要求：
1、室内设计、环境艺术、视觉传达、艺术设计等相关专业本科及以上学历。
2、5年以上品牌服装空间设计或陈列设计经验，有时尚品牌经验者优先。
3、具备独立完成从概念设计到落地执行的全流程项目经验。
4、精通CAD、SketchUp、3D Max、Photoshop、Illustrator等设计软件。
5、熟悉材料、工艺、灯光、道具等陈列相关要素，具备良好的审美与创意能力。
6、具备较强的空间感与视觉表达能力，能独立完成效果图与施工图。
综合素质
7、具备良好的沟通协调能力与团队合作精神。工作细致认真，责任心强，能承受一定工作压力。
8、对品牌视觉传达有深刻理解，具备较强的市场敏感度。
