4、熟练使用达梦8、TiDB、MySQL其中两种；
5、Java基础:扎实的Java编程基础，深入理解VM原理、多线程、集合框架等；
6、操作系统:熟悉Linux操作系统，熟练使用常用命；
7、熟悉常用的构建工具(Maven)和版本控制工具(Git）；
8、熟悉常见的设计模式；
