2.一对一导师指导，快速提升编码能力和提升工程实践能力；
3.学习规范的开发流程（Git 协作、CI/CD、代码评审等）；
4.了解后端技术栈（如 Spring Boot/MyBatis、微服务框架、缓存中间件等）的实际应用；
任职要求：
1.计算机相关专业（本科及以上），每周可实习 4 天及以上，持续 3 个月及以上；
2.掌握至少一门后端开发语言（Java/Python/Go/C++ 等），了解基本语法和面向对象思想；
3.了解关系型数据库（MySQL 等）基本操作，能编写简单 SQL 语句；
4.了解 HTTP 协议、RESTful API 等基本概念，有接口开发经验者优先；
5.具备良好的逻辑思维能力和问题解决能力，学习主动性强，对自动驾驶车云协同、多车智能、实时调度、数据处理等场景的技术有兴趣
6.具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能积极反馈问题;
