3. 结合AI领域的*新技术，对产品功能进行技术研究和创新，提升产品的表现力和行业竞争力。
4. 编写高质量技术文档，分享开发经验，降低内部沟通的成本。
5. 保证工作质量和进度，共同为项目团队的目标负责。

任职要求：
1. 计算机科学、数学、人工智能、软件工程或相关专业本科及以上学历。
2. 熟练掌握Python编程语言，具有良好的编码习惯，代码风格符合PEP-8要求。
3. 具备与LLM协作编程的能力，具备良好的团队协作经验，有完整项目开发经验。
4. 熟练使用git、docker、k8s等开发、自动化构建、版本控制工具，有良好的代码管理和版本控制能力。
5. 熟悉数据库技术（向量数据库、图数据库等）、大模型相关技术（Prompt调优、RAG、AI Agent）、其它技术经验（分布式系统、缓存技术）等，能快速定位和解决大模型相关的技术问题。
6. 积极主动、自驱力强，对挑战问题充满激情，具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神。
