工作职责
- 负责公司计量计费, 通话调查, 数据开发套件等产品的业务需求分析, 方案设计和开发工作; 设计合理的业务与数据模型, 高效支持产品需求;
- 深入理解现有业务系统的设计和实现，参与设计并实现下一代的应用架构，提高系统稳定性, 迭代效率, 可用性

岗位要求
- 计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，具有扎实的计算机相关基本功，有志于从事技术工作；
- 熟悉多线程、高质量的编码设计及性能调优，具备操作系统、网络、数据结构等基础理论知识
- 扎实的java编程基础，对常用的开源框架或者库比如SpringBoot、Mybatis等有使用经验，了解其原理
- 对 spark/flink计算引擎, Clickhouse/Doris等OLAP引擎有一定了解者优先
- 具备独立工作能力和解决问题的能力、善于沟通，乐于合作，热衷新技术，善于总结分享，喜欢动手实践
- 开源社区有个人作品或committer者优先，竞赛获奖者、成绩优异者等优先
