岗位职责
负责智能化平台业务SaaS服务的相关需求设计与研发工作开发；
1、负责在线服务，包括需求侧、供给侧和中台三个方向的开发和维护，对业务能够快速了解，并在技术上保持⼀定前瞻性；
2、需求侧方向，负责信息推荐、客户业务主流程系统的开发和维护；
3、供给侧方向，负责多种设备系统的软件对接开发及运维管理；
4、中台方向，参与业务中台、AI算法中台等的建设；
5、参与系统的稳定性建设及服务保障。
任职要求
1、5-10年服务端开发经验，具备良好的沟通能力和逻辑能力；
2、Java基础扎实，熟练掌握io、泛型、多线程、集合、并发等Java基础内容和实现原理，有JVM调优经验；
3、熟悉Spring、SpringBoot、Mybaitis等框架，对RRC框架使⽐较熟悉（如：dubbo等），掌握常⽤消息中间件（rocketmq等），并了解其原理；
4、熟悉常⻅SQL、NoSQL数据库（mysql、redis、es、hbase等）的数据库设计、查询编写和优化，有数据库调优经验；
5、有强烈的责任心和团队合作精神，良好的团队合作能力、沟通能力、抗压能力、心态积极，能主动融入团队。
