岗位职责
1-负责 VPSA 相关项目信息搜集、市场调研，分析行业动态与竞争对手情况，挖掘潜在客户需求。
2-制定区域销售计划，开发新客户、维护老客户关系，定期拜访客户，拓展市场份额，完成销售目标。
3-对接客户需求，提供 VPSA 系统（制氧 / 制氮）的方案设计、设备选型、成本核算与报价，编制技术标书、项目建议书。
4-参与技术交流、产品演示与投标工作，协助商务谈判，解决客户技术疑问，推动合同签署。
5-协调内部技术、生产、采购等团队，推进合同履行，跟进订单生产、发货、安装进度。
6-提供现场安装、调试及验收的技术指导，及时处理设备纯度不达标、噪音异常等技术问题，保障项目顺利交付。
7-跟进合同收款，确保货款及时回收；处理客户投诉与售后问题，提升
8-完成上级交办的其他任务，行业展会推广等。
任职要求：
1-大专及以上学历，机械工程、自动化、化工、环境科学等理工科相关专业优先。
2-掌握 VPSA 技术原理、气体分离工艺，熟悉鼓风机、真空泵、吸附塔等关键设备的技术参数与选型标准。
3-3 年以上气体分离行业（如 VPSA 制氧 / 制氮、PSA、膜分离）销售或技术支持经验，有成功项目案例者优先。
4-具备良好的沟通表达、商务谈判、客户关系管理能力，能清晰传递技术价值、解决客户问题。
5-性格外向、抗压能力强，能适应短期出差，具备团队协作与服务意识。
