岗位职责：
1、负责配置游戏运行环境，安装部署游戏；
2 、负责游戏服务器的规划、监控，数据备份，日志分析，故障排除，现有框架和架构的优化以及性能调优等工作；
3、协助主程设计并搭建公司服务器端业务开发体系；
4、负责搭建公司级服务器端业务的框架设计，保证后续开发工作的高效率；
5、协助主程完成公司项目复杂业务的技术方案选型和设计及质量控制；

任职要求：
1、全日制统招本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业；
2、 5年以上Java开发经验；
3、深刻理解内存模型、网络通信、多线程等理论知识，对JVM原理有深入的了解；
4、理解分布式系统及原理、熟悉主流的缓存、消息队列MQ、RPC调用框架等中间件；
5、熟悉Linux平台下常用命令操作、环境部署；
6、熟悉MongoDB数据库系统的使用和调优；
7、对于高并发、高可用性、高性能有过实际项目产品经验者优先；
8、有卡牌类游戏后端实际项目经验者优先；
9、熟悉lua语言、Unity引擎者优先。
