岗位职责
1、负责明达 IIoT 工业互联网软件平台、工业物联网整体解决方案市场开拓与销售，面向制造企业终端客户、系统集成商、工程总包挖掘数字化转型项目商机；
2、深度调研客户生产痛点（设备孤岛、数据上云、远程监控、能耗管理、产线可视化、多工厂统一管控等），联合售前团队输出匹配的数字化解决方案，组织技术交流、方案宣讲、现场演示；
3、独立跟进全流程项目：商机挖掘、需求沟通、商务谈判、招投标、合同签订、项目回款，管控项目风险，完成年度销售指标；
4、维护存量大客户，持续挖掘二次、多次增值机会；拓展 SI 集成商、渠道合作伙伴，构建长期合作生态；
5、关注行业动态、竞品信息、客户需求，同步反馈产品团队，助力方案与产品持续优化；
6、协同售前、实施、技术团队，保障项目落地交付，提升客户满意度。
任职要求
1、大专及以上学历，自动化、机电、电气、智能制造、计算机相关专业优先；
2、3 年及以上工业互联网、工业软件、智能制造、工控自动化解决方案销售经验；熟悉 MES、工业物联网平台、数据采集、边缘网关、数字工厂相关业务；
3、具备制造业终端客户开发经验，有新能源、装备制造、汽车、冶金、环保行业资源优先；
4、理解 OT/IT 融合业务逻辑，能够把技术能力转化为客户业务价值，具备顾问式、方案型销售思维，不接受纯硬件贸易型销售；
5、完整跟进过百万级工业数字化项目，熟悉工业项目招投标、商务谈判、回款全流程；
6、目标感强，擅长客户高层对接，抗压能力优秀，能接受短期出差；
7、有工业网关、物联网平台、设备上云项目成交案例者优先。
