4、熟悉Git等工具，熟悉瀑布开发和敏捷开发，实践Devops文化，参与CI/CD流程设计，容器化部署与监控管理。
5、具有良好的分析问题和解决问题的能力，对解决具有挑战性问题充满激情、学习能力强
6、具有良好的团队合作精神、较强的沟通能力，主动性和责任感
7、喜欢钻研技术，工作认真负责，具有一定的抗压能力
