职责描述：1、负责公司工业互联网平台AI服务和IC-GPT平台后端业务模块的设计与开发，根据产品需求高质量完成功能迭代。2、负责AI算法模型的部署与接口（API）对接，与算法工程师协作，推动模型上线与持续优化。3、负责系统数据库的设计、优化与维护，保障数据存储的性能、安全与一致性4、参与系统架构的演进与优化，攻克高并发、高可用等技术难题，保障系统的稳定运行5、编写和维护高质量的技术文档，沉淀技术知识，提升团队开发效率。6、与前端、测试、运维等团队紧密协作，快速定位并解决线上问题。岗位要求：1、本科以上学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能、信息技术等相关专业2、3年及以上后端开发经验，有大型分布式系统或高并发服务开发经验者优先3、精通Python及其生态，熟练掌握FastAPI、Flask等主流Web框架，具备Restful API设计与开发能力4、熟悉AI Agent、自动化系统等智能应用的后端集成与服务化开发经验者优先5、熟悉关系型（MySQL、PostgreSQL）及非关系型数据库（如MongoDB、Redis）6、掌握容器化技术（Docker）和容器编排工具（Kubernetes）7、了解AI模型部署与整体服务化流程，有与算法团队协作经验者优先。8、熟悉Linux操作系统，具备独立部署、运维和故障排查能力9、具备良好的编码规范、文档编写能力和团队协作精神，热爱技术创新与持续学习10、熟悉Devops开发模式和常见框架优先11、有LLM相关开源框架（如Langchain、lammaindex、Ragflow等）维护及改造经验优先；
