职位概述：
1.负责语音、语义，图像、点云等领域进行数据标注平台的开发工作。
2.负责对系统进行设计与优化，并对系统的高可靠性、高可扩展性、高安全性负责，提升标注效率和准确性。
3.深入了解语音、图像、点云等数据的标注技术和行业趋势，推动团队技术创新和流程改进。配合项目经理进行技术决策，进行技术风险评估，
4.负责与业务部门紧密合作，确保数据标注工作符合业务需求，提供高质量的数据标注交付。
职位要求：
1. 计算机、数学、统计学或相关专业本科及以上学历，具有5年以上web平台研发管理经验。
2. 精通Java和Python编程语言，必须掌握SpringCloud框架，熟悉常用设计模式，熟悉微服务架构，具备扎实的编程基础和良好的编程习惯。
3. 熟悉任一关系型数据库（MySQL，PostgreSQL，Oracle等），及以各种中间件技术；
4. 能参与技术性合作项目方案的设计与评审，具有良好文档编写能力
5. 有标注或众包平台项目经验者优先
6. 有图像或语音识别项目经验者优先
