岗位职责：
1、使用Python设计并实现高效、稳定的网络爬虫，完成结构化/非结构化数据采集任务（如网页、API、移动端数据等）。
2、优化爬虫策略，解决反爬机制（如IP封禁、验证码、动态渲染等），确保数据采集的持续性和稳定性。
3、清洗、存储及预处理采集到的数据，支持业务部门的分析需求。
4、基于Django/Flask等框架开发后端服务，实现数据管理、API接口、用户认证等核心功能。
任职要求：
1、精通Python，熟悉常用库（如Requests/Scrapy/Selenium/BeautifulSoup）及异步框架（如Asyncio/Celery）。
2、熟练掌握至少一种Web框架（Django优先，或Flask/FastAPI等），具备RESTful API开发经验。
3、熟悉数据库设计与优化，掌握SQL/NoSQL（如MySQL/MongoDB/Redis）及缓存技术。
4、熟悉Linux环境，能编写Shell脚本完成基础运维任务。
参与系统架构设计，优化数据库（MySQL/MongoDB/Redis等）性能，保障高并发场景下的稳定性。
