职责：
1. 负责医药研发服务平台的后端设计与开发，包括但不限于系统架构、数据库设计、接口开发等；
2. 负责维护和优化现有系统的性能和稳定性；
3. 参与产品需求讨论，制定技术方案并推动实施；
4. 跟进行业相关技术发展和新技术应用，并在项目中进行实践和探索；
5. 跟进项目进度、质量，解决项目风险和问题；

要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机或相关专业；
2. 至少三年以上Java开发经验，熟练掌握Spring、SpringBoot、Spring Cloud框架；
3. 熟练掌握常用的后端服务中间件：包括网关(spring cloud gateway)，消息队列(kafka, rocktmq)，配置中心(apollo)，服务注册中心(eureka, nacos)，apm监控系统(skywalking)等；
4. 熟练掌握mysql, redis, elasticsearch等数据存储中间件；
5. 熟悉常见的设计原则和设计模式，理解AI Coding/Vibe Coding编程思想，有企业级项目实践经验者优先；
6. 具备良好的沟通和团队协作能力，具有强烈的责任心，Owner意识，自我驱动力，换位思考的能力；
7. 具有临床医学研究领域系统服务的开发经验者优先考虑；
