岗位职责：
1.电力市场数据深度挖掘。实时监控省间/省内电力交易平台电价、负荷、发电量等数据，构建公司电力交易数据库
完成各类市场数据的清洗、整合与标准化处理
2.交易策略模型开发。基于Python建立电价预测模型、负荷预测模型及交易盈亏模拟系统，量化分析中长期交易与现货市场价差规律，结合市场变化推演行情，辅助制定优质电力交易套利策略。
3.风险预警与绩效归因。设计交易风险指标(如价格波动率、持仓集中度)，建立动态预警机制，对每笔交易开展成本收益与绩效归因分析，输出策略优化及风险管控建议。
4.决策支持报告体系搭建。编制每日市场快报、周度策略报告及月度交易复盘报告，可视化呈现关键数据指标。
任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历，数学与应用数学、统计学、数据科学、计算机科学与技术、电力工程及其自动化等相关专业。
2.专业能力扎实，熟练掌握Python数据分析与建模工具，精通各类核心算法底层原理，熟知机器学习、深度学习主流理论知识，能够独立手算推导神经网络、LSTM等算法模型，熟练掌握数据库基础操作与数据结构知识，具备数据建模、数据分析与算法落地能力。
3.对电力市场价格波动具备敏锐洞察力，能够承受高强度交易时段的压力，具备将复杂数据转化为商业策略的逻辑表
达能力。
