工作职责：
1、参与公司数据采集平台，AI算法工程应用的建设，包含数据采集及接口开发、数据服务、数据分析，模型设计，算法工程化等需求的设计与研发。
2、负责数据采集平台，AI算法工程应用的设计、开发、维护与优化，以及相关文档撰写，提供可靠、高质量、高性能，稳定的数据，AI服务。
3、与数据，AI能力提供商进行技术对接，ETL，提供各种数据，AI服务等相关集成工作。

任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业。
2、5年以上AI项目，Agent，RAG，大模型，Java，数据采集相关项目开发经验。
3、精通Java/Python等编程语言，熟悉Hive、Spark、Kafka等大数据技术栈，阿里云Dataworks产品经验。
4、熟悉分布式系统设计，有高并发系统开发经验，具备良好的数据库设计能力和SQL优化经验。
5、有合规、金融相关业务背景者优先。
