工作职责
1、负责AR/AI眼镜等穿戴类产品的PCB Layout设计，包括原理图导入、布线、走线优化及电路板布局。
2、根据项目要求完成8层以上2阶或任意阶等高密度PCB板的布局布线，确保信号完整性和电源完整性。
3、进行高频信号设计、差分对布线和阻抗匹配等技术优化，解决电磁兼容（EMC）问题。
4、与硬件设计、结构设计及生产部门协作，确保设计满足性能和生产需求。
5、制作、审核Gerber文件及BOM表，并与生产厂商沟通优化设计工艺。
6、配合硬件工程师进行电路调试和测试，优化电路板性能。
7、编写PCB设计相关技术文档和流程标准，持续优化设计规范。
任职资格
1、本科及以上学历，电子信息、通信工程、自动化等相关专业。
2、熟悉ORCAD、PADS、CAM350等软件操作，会使用AutoCAD进行结构图的导入导出，具有多层板设计经验。
3、熟悉PCB设计规范、数模混合类高速PCB设计、了解信号完整性/EMC/EMI/ESD等相关知识
4、具备丰富的元件封装设计经验，熟悉常见电子器件的布局要求。
5、熟悉生产制造工艺，了解PCB设计中的可制造性（DFM）和可测试性（DFT）。
6、有较强的硬件调试能力，能够使用示波器等工具分析问题。
7、具备良好的沟通和团队协作能力，能与硬件工程师及生产团队紧密配合完成项目。
8、做过AR/AI智能眼镜优先。
