职责描述：
1、参与投行相关业务系统（投行项目管理、底稿系统等）的架构设计、模块开发，输出技术方案与设计文档。
2、主导或深度参与系统迭代、联调测试、上线部署与线上问题排查，快速定位并解决生产故障。
3、基于 Java Web 技术栈完成后端服务开发、接口实现、数据交互与性能优化。
4、配合业务、产品、测试及运维团队，完成系统迭代开发、联调测试、上线部署与问题排查。
5、跟踪金融科技与分布式技术趋势，参与系统重构、技术优化与稳定性建设。
6、协助处理生产环境问题，保障投行核心系统全天稳定运行。
任职要求：
1、硕士研究生及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业，3 年及以上 Java Web 后端开发经验，有金融 / 券商 / 投行系统开发经验优先。
2、扎实的计算机基础，精通数据结构、算法、计算机网络、操作系统与数据库原理。
3、精通 Java 语言及核心特性，深入理解 JVM、多线程并发、集合框架、IO/NIO 等，具备线上问题排查能力。
4、熟练使用 Spring Boot、Spring Cloud、Spring MVC、MyBatis/MyBatis-Plus 等主流开发框架，了解其实现原理。
5、有微服务、分布式系统、高并发 / 高可用系统设计与开发经验者优先。
6、具备良好的业务理解能力、问题分析与解决能力，责任心强，抗压能力好，具备优秀的团队协作与沟通表达能力。
