职位描述：
1、负责系统总体设计与核心代码开发：应用系统架构设计.开发框架搭建.开发规范制定，核心算法编写，指导开发团队进行业务模块代码编写等。
2、代码质量管控，了解代码质量标准，负责开发团队代码质量的整体把控。
3、负责优化现有产品架构，设计新的架构，解决现有技术架构的瓶颈，解决现有业务产品优化升级的技术问题等。
4、负责产品的创新迭代，站在业务角度负责信息技术应用与创新，产品升级迭代，解决技术难点攻克以及技术设计方案的落地。

职位要求：
1、5年以上相关工作经验,丰富的软件架构设计经验
2、扎实的Java编程基础，熟悉常用设计模式.多线程.JVM，包括内存模型.类加载机制以及性能优化，具有系统设计.系统架构能力。
3、熟悉高性能.高并发.高可用性分布式系统设计，熟悉RPC.缓存.消息队列.负载均衡.分布式事务原理
4、熟练掌握SpringBoot框架，深刻理解微服务原理及运行机制，并对服务拆分.服务间调用.服务治理有独特见解，有前后端分离改造相关工作经验优先。
5、良好的建模能力，可深入业务场景和业务流程，协调业务产品一起梳理出合理的业务和数据模型
6、可深入洞察业务真实诉求，高质量的交付符合业务真实诉求的技术产品。
7、有大模型应用或AI相关产品开发经验，了解常见大模型应用架构与相关技术。
8、有大互联网公司背景优先
