【岗位职责】
1.负责机器人硬件架构设计：根据机器人的产品需求和性能指标，设计合理的硬件系统架构，包括芯片选型、核心板与控制板方案、电源管理等各模块的方案及传感器件选型、线束及接口等评估。
2.统筹硬件电路设计和开发：根据硬件架构设计，统筹设计并开发机器人的硬件电路，包括原理图设计、PCB布局布线、电路调试等，确保电路的正确性和可靠性。
3.负责硬件系统集成和测试：将各个硬件模块集成到机器人系统中，并进行系统测试和验证，确保机器人硬件系统的正常工作。
4.统筹机器人硬件相关的跨领域协同和问题解决：与结构、软件等其他领域团队成员紧密合作，参与机器人的详细设计和开发过程，提供硬件方面的技术支持和解决方案。
5.负责其它创新相关技术或产品的专项洞察研究，论证相关创新方向机会的必要性和可行性，为公司创新方向决策提供决策依据。
6.负责所主导的创新产品方案或样机的技术推广，为商业拓展提供技术支持。

【任职要求】
1.本科5年以上，硕士3年以上机器人产品硬件开发经验。电子电气类、通信类等相关专业。
2.3年以上工业机器人硬件系统架构开发经验，具备硬件专家的设计能力，精通机器人硬件全领域技术设计，熟练掌握芯片平台选型，各类传感器和电机驱动等的设计与调优。
3.针对软硬件跨领域等复杂问题，能够给出系统性解决方案，有业界重大问题攻坚经验者优先。
4.具备全局产品观，熟悉业界竞争局势，能够自我驱动，追求创新
5.具备良好的沟通能力，具备合作精神。
