岗位职责：
1.参与项目调研，并根据调研内容编写设计文档，负责功能模块的设计与开发；
2.维护和优化现有Java应用程序；
3.遵循代码规范，编写可复用、可扩展的代码；
4.设计并实现RESTfuLAPI接口，与前端的高效协作；
5.与产品、测试团队协作，修复开发过程中的Bug；
6.对接业务部门报表需求，沟通并分析需求，完成报表及数据可视化的设计与开发；
7.会使用的数据可视化工具开发和维护，有数据可视化项目经验者优先。
任职资格：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机软件相关专业优先；
2、Java基础扎实，理解集合、多线程、IO/NIO等；
3、熟练使用Spring全家桶(SpringMVc,Spring Boot,SpringCloud)；
4、熟悉大数据量、高并发、高性能的分布式系统的设计及应用、调优；有多线程开发经验、千万级以上数据量设计与开发经验优先；
5、能熟练使用Eclipse/Idea/VS等开发工具，熟悉使用代码版本控制工具SVN和Git；
6、熟悉至少两个主流的消息中间件（例如RocketMQ、ActiveMQ、kafka、RabbitMQ）；
7、熟悉常见缓存和NoSQL数据库，如：Redis、MongoDB等；
8、掌握1种以上常见BI决策/报表分析系统设计及维护经验，精通几何BI产品者优先；
9、良好的沟通和团队协作能力。
