主导技术预研，将Kubernetes、Serverless、DPDK等新技术落地生产环境
牵头产品的代码review、优化，提供技术意见，跟进技术方案；
1. 编程能力：
Java：JVM原理/并发编程/性能调优（5年以上实战）
Python：生态工具链开发/自动化框架设计
Golang：高并发服务开发/云原生组件开发
2. 云计算专精：
5年以上云计算平台开发经验（AWS/Azure/GCP/OpenStack/KVM任一）
深度掌握虚拟化技术栈：KVM/Xen/Hyper-V + Libvirt/QEMU
容器化生态：Docker底层原理、Kubernetes Operator开发经验
3. 基础设施能力：
精通Linux内核机制（cgroups/namespaces/seccomp）
