岗位职责：
1、负责公司EHS（环境、健康与安全）体系的建立与维护，确保符合国家及地方相关法规要求；
2、制定并优化EHS管理制度、操作规程及应急预案，组织并监督实施；
3、定期进行安全风险评估，识别潜在隐患，提出改进措施并跟踪整改进度；
4、组织实施员工安全培训，提升全员安全意识和应急处理能力；
5、协调内外部资源，处理突发事件及事故调查，编写事故报告并落实预防措施。

任职要求：
1、具备EHS相关专业知识，熟悉环境、职业健康和安全法律法规；
2、具有较强的沟通协调能力，能够推动跨部门合作，确保EHS目标达成；
3、熟练使用办公软件，具备良好的数据分析能力和报告撰写能力；
4、持有注册安全工程师资格证书者优先考虑；
5、具有电动车行业或制造业EHS工作经验者优先。
