岗位职责：
需求分析与设计：与业务部门和客户沟通，理解业务需求和技术要求。
系统设计：参与或负责系统架构设计，包括模块划分、接口设计、数据库设计等。
编码与实现：使用Java语言编写高质量、可维护的代码。编写并执行单元测试，确保代码质量。
性能调优：对系统进行性能测试，识别并解决性能瓶颈；从各方面优化优化系统程序，提升系统响应速度；定位和解决生产环境中的技术问题，保障系统稳定运行。
任职要求：
本科计算机相关专业本科及以上学历。
精通Java编程语言，具备良好的面向对象设计能力；
熟悉Spring Boot、Spring Cloud、MyBatis等主流Java框架和微服务架构；
掌握数据库原理，熟练使用Oracle、KingbaseES（人大金仓）等至少一种关系型数据库；
了解Linux操作系统，掌握常用的Shell命令；
有良好的团队合作精神，优秀的沟通能力和解决问题的能力；
具备强烈的责任心和自我驱动力，能够承受工作压力。
加分项
具备良好的产品思维和用户思维者，有一定的产品经验的技术岗优先。
