4. 理解处理器架构（ARM , RISC, x86 等）、内存管理、中断机制、总线协议
5. 理解常用硬件接口和协议的原理和使用：UART, I2C, SPI, CAN, Ethernet, USB, PCIe, GPIO, ADC/DAC 等，了解硬件接口自动化测试工具或方案，知道如何使用工具（逻辑分析仪、示波器、协议分析仪）抓取和分析信号
6. 掌握软件测试基础理论、测试类型，精通黑盒、白盒、灰盒测试方法，掌握 C 语言（理解指针、内存管理、位操作、数据结构），了解汇编语言，熟练使用至少一种脚本语言用于自动化测试、工具开发和数据处理
7. 熟练使用开发板、分析仪、调试器、串口工具等搭建硬件在环测试环境，熟练使用调试器等工具配置交叉编译环境、部署测试固件、软件。
8. 具备认真、负责、良好的团队精神和服务意识。
