岗位职责
1、负责保险核心业务系统的开发、迭代、优化及日常维护工作，主要覆盖承保、保单管理、理赔三大核心业务模块，保障系统稳定高效运行，支撑业务正常开展。
2、参与保险核心业务需求评审、技术方案设计、代码开发与单元测试，结合保险业务规则，落地各类保单新增、变更、退保、续保，承保核保校验、风险管控，理赔报案、审核、赔付结算等核心功能开发。
3、深度对接保险业务流程，梳理承保、保单、理赔全链路业务逻辑，定位系统功能短板与性能瓶颈，配合团队完成系统优化、bug修复、版本迭代，提升业务作业效率与系统稳定性。

岗位要求：
1、3年以上Java后端开发经验，有承保、保单管理、理赔任意模块及以上实战项目经验。
2、扎实掌握Java基础、Spring、SpringBoot、SpringCloud等主流微服务框架，熟悉MySQL数据库，熟练掌握SQL优化、事务处理、数据一致性管控；
3、熟悉保险行业核心业务流程，了解个险/团险常规业务规则，精通保单全生命周期管理、承保核保逻辑、理赔报案-审核-赔付闭环流程，有保险核心系统、寿险/财险系统开发经验优先。
4、工作认真负责，具备良好的跨团队沟通协作能力。
