岗位职责
1.负责新产品（ITO膜、PDLC、PET等）开发阶段的设计质量保证，确保设计输出（如图纸、规格书）满足质量与可靠性要求。
2.负责制定产品设计验证计划与标准，主导设计验证测试，并处理测试过程中的异常问题。
3.参与设计评审，识别设计潜在风险，推动设计失效模式与后果分析（DFMEA）的制定与更新。
4.负责新物料的设计选型与验证认可，确保其符合产品设计规格与可靠性要求。
5.负责统计与分析开发阶段的质量数据，主导关键设计问题的改进与闭环。
6.协调采购、研发、生产、SQE等部门，确保设计意图在量产阶段得到有效贯彻，快速响应并解决开发过程中的质量问题。
任职要求
1.大学本科及以上，材料、化学、光学、电子、环境等相关专业。
2.3年以上DQE经验，有光学薄膜或电子元器件行业背景优先。
3.熟悉ISO9001、IATF16949体系，掌握8D、FMEA、SPC等工具。
4.沟通能力强，能适应出差。
