1.与合作代理机构对接，处理专利申请程序性事务，国内/海外各类流程期限的监控与预警，知识产权费用的验收与请款；
2.维护和管理公司知识产权资产和管理系统，结合公司实际发展情况及制度合规，优化系统流程；
3.负责公司知识产权（专利、商标、软著、论文等）全生命周期管理，流程制度合规等；
4.协助处理公司研发产品和技术的专利挖掘、专利布局、侵权风险评估及管控；
5.协助处理审核专利相关文件，包括技术交底书和新申请、OA答复等，推动专利顺利授权；
6.协助处理专利信息分析与利用专利，输出行业专利情报；
7.组织研发及管理人员的专利知识培训，支持企业创新资质等政府项目工作。
职位要求：
1.硕士以上学历，理工科专业，电子、计算机等相关专业；
2.具有撰写和企业IPR复合经验，具备知识产权流程处理经验及2年以上专利实务工作经验，汽车或航空行业专利经验优先；
3.具有产品专利整个生命周期管理经验，以及丰富的创新点引导、专利挖掘、专利布局、专利分析等实操经验；
4.熟练掌握专利申请流程、专利检索工具、专利AI辅助工具等，精通专利法，取得专利代理人资格证优先；
5.富有责任心的对待知识产权工作、具有较强内驱力和抗压能力，技术理解能力强，擅长沟通。
