1、负责平台相关公共微服务及公共平台开发，负责本地版本与 SaaS 线上问题的快速定位与解决；
2、深度参与产品需求评审，负责技术实现方案的设计、开发计划制订及核心模块的详细设计与编码；
3、直接对接业务方，深度调研业务场景，识别业务痛点并评估 AI 技术的可行性，将业务需求转化为高效的技术解决方案；
4、与运维团队协作进行软件部署、故障分析及性能调优，确保 AI 模块与传统 Java 后端架构的高效融合。
任职要求：
1、3-5 年及以上工作经验，Java 基础扎实，熟悉 IO、多线程、集合等常用类库及数据结构；
2、熟练使用 Spring、Spring Boot、Spring Cloud、MyBatis 等主流框架并了解其核心原理；
3、熟悉 Linux 系统操作及容器技术（Docker、K8s、Harbor）。
4、具备出色的业务建模能力，能够从复杂的业务逻辑中抽象出痛点，并识别出哪些环节可以通过 AI 产生实际价值；
5、能够作为技术与业务的桥梁，用通俗易懂的语言与业务方沟通，并将其转化为清晰的技术规格说明书；
6、对 AI 技术保持高度的热情，能主动探索 AI 在业务场景中的创新应用场景。
