岗位职责：
供应链计划/集成计划/生产计划的IT产品负责人
1.作为供应链计划业务对接人，理解业务痛点并收集其跨职能的IT需求。
2.结合公司数字化规划、供应链数字化规划，协同交付团队，交付供应链产品(如APS、APO-DP, SNP等)及优化类工作。
3.深度调研业务用户需求，制定针对用户需求的解决方案。
4.交付具备强稳健性的技术架构、支持复用的模块化设计，以及完善的产品文档。
5.推动多个内部系统开发按时完成，同时在内部及外部利益相关方中快速推进项目实施。
6.与其它IT产品经理协作，及时汇报迭代。
岗位要求：
1.计算机或相关专业学士学位。
2.具备供应链生产计划，生产计划，APS等领域的工作经验。
3.3-5年IT软件产品及项目管理经验;优先考虑有系统工程或软件领域
经验者，且具备APS，APO等供应链系统相关建设经验，有从0到1产品建设经验者加分。
4.全程参与产品全生命周期管理，从概念设计到开发与成功上线。
5.创建和编写各类设计及产品开发文档，包括产品原型、流程图、产品需求文档(PRD)、业务需求文档(BRD)等。
6.具备良好的沟通与协作能力，能够在跨职能的环境中工作。
