一、岗位职责
1.负责单位服务器、办公网络、业务系统日常运维、巡检、故障排查、保障系统安全稳定运行；
2.负责电脑、打印机、路由器、交换机等软硬件设备安装、调试、升级、日常维护及台账核实；
3.处理员工日常IT故障报修、桌面技术支持、解答信息化使用问题；
4.优化运维流程，配合完成信息化项目落地；
5.负责指导和帮助各部门开展信息化相关工作，确保工作规范、安全、准确。
二、学历及专业要求
硕士研究生：计算机科学与技术（计算机应用技术）、网络空间安全、软件工程（计算机软件与理论）
三、任职资格
1.具备大型企业局域网或广域网运维管理等相关工作3年或以上者优先；
2.熟悉Windows Server、Linux系统基础运维，懂常用的服务部署与维护；
3.熟悉局域网组网、交换机/路由器基础配置、IP规划与网络故障排查；
4.熟练电脑软硬件拆装、重装系统、办公软件及常用业务系统运维；
5.了解数据备份、网络安全、防火墙、杀毒防护等基础运维知识；
6.具备良好的问题排查能力、责任心强、服从工作安排，有较强的服务意识和沟通能力。
