1.体系与制度建设:负责建立并完善公司的 EHS规章制度、操作规程和应急预案，确保有章可循 ;
2.风险识别与整改:定期组织危险源辨识、安全隐患排查，并监督整改措施落实，从源头预防事故；
3.培训与意识提升:规划并实施员工EHS培训与应急演练，提升全员安全意识；
4.事故应急与调查:在发生 EHS事故时进行应急响应，并主导调查分析，制定预防措施；
5.合规对接:负责跟踪适用法律法规，并作为与政府安监、环保等监管部门的对接窗口；
6.负责公司6S管理，检查与督导；
7.负责安全、环保、6S等体系内台账资料的归档和整理；
8.领导临时安排的其他工作；
任职要求：
1.大专以上学历，化工、安全工程相关专业；
2.3年以上制造工厂安全生产管理经验，熟悉生产现场安全管控流程；
3.具备良好的沟通协调能力，责任心强；
4.持有注册安全工程师或相关资格证书优先考虑；
