岗位要求：
1. 精通Java生态（JVM/多线程/网络编程），熟悉第三方采集工具kettle及低代码平台
2. 掌握MySQL/Oracle及Redis/MongoDB等数据库
3. 熟悉高可用架构设计（如限流、熔断、降级、容灾）与中间件（如 Kafka、RabbitMQ、Nginx）
4. 熟练使用Linux环境，具备Docker经验者优先
5. 熟悉Java EE相关技术和框架，包括Spring、SpringMVC、SpringBoot3、Mybatis等
6. 熟悉微服务框架SpringCloud，dubbo，熟练掌握Nacos、OpenFeign、Gateway等技术
7. 熟悉Mysql，oracle，达梦数据库，可以进行复杂业务SQL编写，熟悉数据库常用性能优化技术，有分布式数据库使用经验的优先
8. 了解Elasticsearch、Lindorm使用，对集群进行合理优化配置
