1、负责制定各项规章制度来规范企业的安全、环保、健康等各项管理工作，并监督执行。
2、负责与政府部门的安全、环保等部门沟通联系，执行公司新项目的环保申请工作。
3、负责内部各项环境、健康、安全方面的评价及管理工作，并推动持续改善。4、负责新建、改造工程的环境安全评价及手续办理，参与工程的评估合规性和工程验收工作。
5、组织和指导车间安全活动，定期召开安全生产分析会，研究采取预防事故的对策。
6、深入生产现场，实施安全监督，发现有危及人身设备安全及违章作业并及时做出处理意见。
7、负责车间安全培训工作，定期检查，及时汇报。

大专以上学历，环境，安全管理或相关专业毕业，五年以上相关工作经验，至少三年以上机械制造工厂经验。
具备企业经营设计的环保规范、现代环境、职业健康、安全管理等专业知识。熟悉安全生产及职业健康安全法律法规，熟悉ISO45001和ISO9001体系。二级标准化及外部政府衔接工作。
