岗位职责
1、负责公司业务系统的后端开发，主要涉及第三方接口对接、内部系统接口设计与实现。
2、负责复杂业务场景下的接口参数设计、封装、校验及数据转换，保障接口的稳定性和可维护性。
3、参与消息队列（MQ）相关功能的设计与开发，处理异步消息、削峰填谷、解耦等业务场景。
4、参与 Socket / TCP / 长连接通信相关模块的开发与调试。
5、持续优化系统性能、稳定性和代码质量，编写相关技术文档。

任职要求
1、专科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，3 年及以上 Java 开发经验。
2、熟练掌握 Java 语言，熟悉集合、多线程、IO、并发编程等基础。
3、熟练进行接口对接开发，具备丰富的第三方接口联调经验（HTTP/HTTPS、REST、JSON等）。
4、有大量复杂参数封装经验，熟悉 DTO/VO/BO 设计，能够合理处理嵌套结构、枚举、校验逻辑。
5、熟悉至少一种消息队列：RabbitMQ / Kafka / RocketMQ 等，并具备实际项目经验。
6、熟悉 Socket 通信或 TCP/IP 网络编程，了解心跳、粘包拆包、连接管理等问题。
7、熟悉 Spring / Spring Boot / Spring MVC 等主流框架。
8、熟悉常见关系型数据库（MySQL / PostgreSQL），具备良好的 SQL 编写能力
9、具备良好的代码规范意识、问题排查能力和沟通协作能力。
