岗位职责：

1、试模机台调试：主要负责120T-4000T超大型注塑机的工艺调试、试模及小批量生产维护，确保汽车内外饰件、家电结构件等高难度产品的成型稳定性；
2、试模主导：参与新模具试制，根据材料特性（如PP/ABS/PA66+玻纤等）设定科学工艺参数，记录试模报告并针对缩水、飞边、困气等缺陷提出改善建议；
3、异常处理：快速响应生产过程中的品质异常及设备报警，优化成型周期。
4、现场支持：指导作业员正确操作机台，监督机械手、模温机、冷水机等辅机的规范使用。

任职要求：

1、硬性门槛： 5年以上注塑调机经验，其中必须包含2年以上1300T及以上吨位超大型注塑机的独立调试经验（我司设备4000T）；
2、行业背景：必须来自大型汽车注塑件或大型家电壳体（如洗衣机桶、空调面板、汽车保险杠/门板/仪表台）注塑行业；
3、技能要求：熟练操作海天、伊之密、格兰等品牌机型，会使用五轴机械手；
4、素质要求：懂科学注塑法者优先；能适应忙碌阶段两班倒，责任心强，具备质量自控意识。

工作地点：汕尾工厂（设备4000T）或深圳工厂（设备1300T）
