岗位职责：
1、根据ODM客户和销售部的需求，主导新产品的配方研发、工艺开发和标签设计。设计试车方案，统筹新产品的内部测试；
2、统筹安排客户测试，协调测试现场配合，以及跟进测试后续的改善任务的执行情况；
3、编制和审查各类BOM表、工艺技术文件、工艺规程等工艺资料，制定物料损耗和人员配置标准；根据工艺需要，协助设计公司、车间工艺平面布置图；
4、负责公司工艺技术管理工作，组织新工艺、新技术的试验研究工作，积极开展技术攻关和技术改进工作，抓好工艺试验课题的总结与成果鉴定，并组织推广应用；
5、协助解决生产中发生的工艺技术问题，进行原因分析排查，协调跟进后续的改善办法；
6、编制原物料验收标准；
7、货架期测试；
8、协助新生产线、新增设备的布局规划以及验收测试工作。
任职要求：
1、年龄30-45岁
2、大专及以上学历，食品科学、营养学或粮食加工等相关专业；
3、3年及以上食品行业研发工作经验，熟悉燕麦或类似行业的生产工艺流程及设备；
4、能够独立开展项目开发并有带团队经验，善于思考，具有独立解决问题的能力
5、具备敏锐的判断能力，以及产品创新能力
6、善于沟通，责任心强，具备良好的团队精神。
