1. 技术硬性要求：精通 Java 后端 (Spring Boot) ；熟悉 React/Vue 前端框架；熟悉 SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) 和 NoSQL (MongoDB/Firebase) 数据库；具备联盟链及智能合约 (Java/Go) 开发经验。
2. 工程能力：熟悉 Docker 及 CI/CD 流程；善用 Git 及 AI 编程工具 (Copilot/Cursor) 。
3. 经验与素质：具备扎实的编程能力；有 MVP 或快速原型开发经验者优先；目标导向，适应快节奏、高灵活度模式。
4、有电商平台、供应链系统、大数据开发、物联网设备开发、农产品及区块链开发经验优先。
