Main Responsibilities
86 Lead process safety management, understthe requirements of safety laws regulations, lead HAZOP, implement change management, Promote safety compliance in production;
86 Formulate optimize production process: Responsible fthe process realization fproduction, formulate process indicators operating procedures, optimize the production process, improve safety, rationality effectiveness of production；
86 Product quality management improvement: Summarize collect the relationship between product quality process control, timely find deal with process deviations, participate in customer complaints cause investigation prevent measures, meetplant quality system requirment；
86 Project coordination maintenance technical support: According to the process requirements, cooperate with engineering maintenance department to confirm the selection of safe effective machinery, instruments, electrical facilities, Cooperate the implementation fCAPEX projects
86 Four New Management: management, coordination evaluation of the introduction of new products technologies, Digestion absorption of new products technologies introduced; Responsible fthe testing of new raw materials, summarizing the four new management information.

Qualifications
86 Masters degree above, relevant education background on material chemical process engineering Familiar with the basic production process of polyurethane
86 Required Years of Professional Experience: Over 5 years’ experience.
86 Familiar with process safety management, master the use of HAZOP, AUTOCAD other tools, be familiar with change management.
86 Understchemical related project standards chemical equipment"
86 Good English listening, speaking, reading writing skills, able to use English freport preparation communication, good at office tools data analysis.
