招聘岗位
测试工程师（光电子能谱仪方向）
岗位职责
1. 负责XPS、ARPES光电子能谱仪整机的应用测试、性能调试和功能核验；
2. 按照公司规范完成设备调试、参数校准、性能检测，确保设备符合设计标准；
3. 记录测试数据、整理调试日志，及时发现并反馈设备软硬件问题，配合研发团队排查解决故障；
4. 参与优化测试流程、完善测试标准，积累调试经验，助力产品升级和品质优化；
5. 配合项目交付、样机测试，协助完成客户设备调试及相关技术支持工作。
岗位要求
1. 硕士及以上学历，物理学、化学、材料科学与工程等相关专业，材料表征、表面物理、实验类方向优先；
2. 有XPS、ARPES光电子能谱仪操作、调试、维护经验，或了解SEM、表面分析技术者优先；
3. 熟悉材料表征、真空设备、精密光学仪器基本原理者优先；
4. 热爱测试研发工作，具备良好的实验思维，能独立分析、排查设备问题；
5. 工作认真细致、责任心强，善于沟通，具备良好的团队协作能力。

备注：此岗位必须做过XPS材料表征测试（此岗位需尽快到岗）
