工作职责:
1.安全管理体系：安全标准化、应急预案、 ISO 45001（职业健康安全）及 ISO 14001（环境管理）体系，确保生产流程符合国家法律法规。
2.现场风险管控：定期进行车间巡查，重点管控消防与安全隐患。
3.监督化学品的存储、领用及废弃处理（危废合规转移）。
4. 职业健康监测：职业病危害因素定期检测与申报、组织员工进行年度体检，监控生产环境中的挥发性有机物及粉尘浓度，确保职业危害防护达标。
5.应急管理：建立并演练锂电池热失控、化学品泄漏、火灾等突发事件的应急预案。
6.培训与宣导：负责全员安全教育培训（三级教育）及其他专项安全培训，提高一线员工对半导体设备安全及化学品危害的认知。
7. 合规外联：相关方安全管理，以及对接安监、消防、环保等政府部门的日常检查。
任职资格:
1.教育背景：环境工程、安全工程或机械、电气相关理工科专业，本科及以上学历。
2.工作经验： 3-5年重庆制造企业EHS工作经验，有半导体经验或电子行业背景者优先（近3年在重庆履职）。
3.核心能力：熟悉《安全生产法》、《环境保护法》等相关法律法规及相关地标。
4.能够独立编写EHS相关管理制度、标准作业流程 (SOP) 及应急预案。
5. 具备较强的沟通协调能力和抗压能力，原则性强，具备建立、推动EHS改进项目在工厂落地的能力。
