岗位职责Key Responsibilities:
1.Troubleshoot machine problems and/performance issues through to resolution.
通过排查故障和/或性能问题直至解决。
2.Ensure machines are performing to customer expectations.
确保机器能够满足客户的要求。
3.React to machine issues in the field within an appropriate timeframe ensure prompt resolution. Where an easy fix is not possible, ensure customer is well informed of the plan potential costs.
在适当的时间内对现场出现的机器故障做出反应，并确保及时解决。如果无法进行简单的修复，则确保向客户详细说明计划及可能产生的费用。
4.Perform preventative maintenance to include undertaking pre-season post-season servicing of machines, work to enhance ongoing performance [of] the machines.
进行预防性维护，包括在季节前和季节后对机器进行保养，并努力提升机器的持续性能。
5.Familiar with our systems, platform equipment; well know the operation ,Programming trouble shooting according to the skill matrix .
熟悉我们的系统，平台及设备，能够很好的进行操作，做程序及突发问题的处理，达到Skill-Matrix的技能要求。
6.Maintain close relationship with customer care centre (CCC) team provide regular updates.
与客户关怀中心（CCC）团队保持密切联系，并定期提供*新信息。 积极参与持续改进活动。
7.Address escalate customer complaints; ensure these are investigated resolved, where possible, in a timely, clear professional manner.
处理或上报客户投诉；确保这些投诉能够得到及时、清晰且专业的调查或解决（在可能的情况下）。
8.Regularly report on progress made with the customer activity plan.
定期汇报客户现场情况，根据跟进清单follow up list。
9.Perform customer training, as required.
根据需要为客户提供培训。
10.Ensure adherence to safety quality across all facets of our operation customer delivery，take necessary PPE on site fthe safety.
确保在我们所有的运营环节和客户交付过程中都严格遵守安全和质量标准。根据现场情况穿戴必要的PPE。

岗位职责：
1.Relevant university degree level qualification such as Bachelof Management / Engineering Trade Certification
相关的大专及以上学历，例如管理学学士学位/工程学学士学位或行业认证
2.Relevant experience aknowlege in troubleshooting electrical mechanical equipment
具备故障排除电气和机械设备的相关经验或知识
3.Strong understanding / knowledge of electronics electrical assembly wiring.
对电子和电气装配及布线有深入的理解和掌握
4.Excellent customer service skills required.
良好的客户服务技能要求
5.Good written spoken in English , efficiency communication skills.
良好的英语书面和听说能力，及有效沟通能力
6.A positive attitude with a strong customer service mindset.

7.You have a flexible attitude with regard to travel labor(80% higher
short period travel); No restrictions to inter-state international travel.
