1. 岗位设置目的：
与架构团队协同，为下一代GPGPU架构建立模型，开发可供客户参与的软硬件协同开发平台，并验证架构模型，充实架构功能。

2. 岗位职责描述：
1）建立以C++为基础的软件栈、及工具链，提供架构模型运行的环境；
2）根据架构部门的架构说明书，产生架构模型，测试并验证其正确性；
3）验证架构模型，并显示、分析架构模型的结果；
4）全程参与芯片设计，支援硬件验证，以及软硬件协同开发。

3. 任职要求：
教育程度/工作经验：硕士及以上,
专业资格证书：微电子、集成电路、计算机等相关专业
知识要求：计算机体系结构、数字电路等相关知识
技能/能力要求：
1) 具有8年以上的开发硬件模型的经验;
2) 或具有5年以上的测试硬件模型的经验，熟悉调试流程，熟练测试test的编写;
3) 或具有3年以上开发芯片架构模型或性能模型的相关经验，能分析和测试架构性能;
4) 熟练C++， Python编程;
5) 熟悉AMD或者NVIDIA GPU架构，熟悉ROCm或者CUDA编程模型为加分项;
6) 有使用Gem5、gpgpu-sim、MGPUSim等模型经验为加分项;
7) 熟悉深度学习算法、大语言模型算法为加分项。
