岗位职责：
1.负责公司中俄班列及各类进出口货物的报关单证制作、审核（包括发票、箱单、合同、运单等）及“单一窗口”的录入、申报工作。
2.进行进出口商品的HS编码预归类，确保归类准确；及时跟踪并研究中国及俄罗斯海关的*新法规、税率及监管条件变化，保障业务合规。
3.独立操作以铁路运输为主的进出口货物的报关及清关业务，协调代理报关行、商检及代理清关行，及时处理通关环节出现的各类问题。
4.制作并维护清关进度跟踪表，确保货物状态清晰可查；负责系统、规范地整理与归档所有报关文件及历史记录。
5.作为关务环节的核心接口，与公司内部运营、销售及操作团队紧密协作，提供专业的关务咨询与解决方案。

任职要求：
1.1年以上报关经验，有铁路运输（中欧/中俄班列）清关操作经验的优先。
2.大专及以上学历，可用英文邮件沟通，报关与国际货运、物流管理、国际贸易等相关专业优先。
3.熟悉进出口报关全流程及相关法律法规，熟练使用“单一窗口”等报关系统。
4.具备良好的Excel等办公软件操作能力，能进行基本的数据整理。
