任职资格
1.大学本科及以上学历，机械、电气、机电及焊接相关专业；
2.3年以上机电设备装配工艺经验，熟悉焊接设备或精密自动化设备者优先；
3.精通机械装配原理、公差配合、熟练使用Solidworks、CAD以及任意电气绘图软件；
4.熟练编制SOP、PFMEA等工艺文件；
5.具备工装夹具设计能力，掌握精益生产或工业工程方法者优先。
