岗位职责
1、负责零磁医学数据中心核心系统日常需求的设计、开发和维护；
2、完善零磁医学数据中心核心系统开发方法及流程，提升开发效率与质量，对实现功能与性能进行持续优化；
3、为改进零磁医学数据中心核心系统实施能力、优化性能、技术选型等提供解决方案；
4、与前端及产品运营团队协作，支持公司研发项目的顺利开展。
任职要求
1、计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，3年及以上Java后端开发经验；
2、扎实的Java基础，深入理解JVM原理、多线程、并发编程、集合框架等，熟练掌握Spring、Spring Boot、MyBatis等主流开发框架，并了解其核心原理，熟悉常用设计模式，具备良好的面向对象分析和设计能力；
3、精通MySQL数据库应用开发，具备SQL优化及索引优化经验，了解至少一种NoSQL数据库，如Redis、MongoDB等，并有实际使用经验；
4、熟悉消息中间件（如RabbitMQ、Kafka）和RPC框架（如Dubbo、gRPC）的使用，对分布式系统、微服务架构有深入理解，有Spring Cloud或Dubbo等微服务框架的实际项目经验；
5、了解Linux操作系统常用命令，具备基本的运维能力，熟悉容器化技术（Docker、Kubernetes）；
6、有大规模、高并发系统设计和开发经验；了解前端技术（HTML/CSS/JavaScript, Vue/React）；物联网开发经验；有大数据开发经验者优先；
7、有医疗软件开发及服务器运维经验。
