岗位职责：
1.参与公司电商平台、管理系统、业务应用的需求分析、架构设计与技术方案制定。
2.负责后端服务开发：基于 Java / SpringBoot/SpringCloud 实现接口、业务逻辑、数据交互、权限控制等。
3.负责前端页面开发：使用 React + 相关技术栈完成 PC / 移动端页面、组件、交互逻辑，对接后端接口。
4.参与数据库设计，编写高效 SQL，优化查询性能，保证数据结构合理、稳定。
5.配合测试、运维完成联调、bug 修复、性能优化、版本发布，保障系统稳定上线与运行。
6.解决开发过程中的技术难点，对系统安全性、并发能力、可扩展性负责。
7.与产品、运营、业务团队沟通，理解业务需求并转化为技术实现，持续迭代优化功能。
8.编写开发文档、接口文档，参与代码评审，规范团队开发流程。
任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历，计算机或相关专业，3年及以上工作经验。具备 Java 后端 + React 前端实际项目开发经验。
2.熟练掌握 Java 基础，精通 SpringBoot、Spring MVC、MyBatis/MyBatis-Plus 等主流框架。
3.熟练使用 React、Hooks、Redux/Context、Axios 等，有组件封装和工程化实践经验。
4.具备良好的编码习惯和数据结构、算法基础，重视代码质量与可维护性。
5.有电商系统、后台管理系统、高并发业务开发经验者优先。
6.学习能力强，沟通顺畅，能快速响应需求，具备一定问题排查与抗压能力。
