1、负责数字化终端业务相关的需求梳理、架构设计；
2、为动势团队的SLA和服务质量负责;
3、为动势数字化终端产品整体的业务接入与客户接入的体验、效率、场景负责。

职位要求
1、从事Java开发3年以上，本科以上学历，计算机软件或相关专业毕业；
2、Java基础扎实，熟悉分布式、缓存、消息队列等机制，熟悉JVM；
3、熟练掌握Spring、mybatis等主流的开发框架；
4、对某项数据库技术有深入理解。如：Mysql、PostgreSQL、HBase，Lindorm，Holo；
5、有大型分布式、高并发、高负载、高可用性系统设计和稳定性经验；
6、对代码质量有追求，具备良好的面向对象编程经验，熟悉常用的设计模式；
7、主动、皮实、乐观、担当，责任心强，具备优秀的逻辑分析和问题解决能力，具备良好的学习能力和团队合作意识；
8 有大模型应用经验，rag, 知识图谱等实际研发经验
