岗位职责：
1、负责Python相关项目的设计、开发与优化；
2、参与系统模块的搭建与功能实现，保障项目高效运行；
3、协助团队完成技术方案的制定与实施。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机、机器学习、数学、软件工程、自动化等相关专业
2、熟练掌握Python开发，熟悉 numpy、pandas、sklearn 等数据处理与机器学习库；掌握 C++/Java/C# 其中一种编程语言者优先，具备扎实的代码编写与工程化能力。
3、熟练使用 Linux 系统，掌握服务器基本操作，了解深度学习 / 机器学习模型部署、服务搭建（如 FastAPI/Flask 封装、Docker 简易使用）等相关技能。
4、具备较扎实的数学基础（线性代数、概率论等）和数据结构知识，有系统学习或接触过线性回归、聚类、决策树、神经网络等常见算法模型者优先。
5、熟悉 MySQL/Redis 等常用数据库的基本操作与优化，掌握 TCP/IP、HTTP 等常用网络通信协议，熟练使用 Git 等代码版本管理工具。
6、了解工业场景数据特点者优先，具备一定的数据分析、问题排查和逻辑思维能力。
7、学习能力强，对算法、人工智能、机器学习、工业智能等方向有强烈兴趣，能主动跟进技术并落地实践者优先。
8、具备良好的沟通表达、团队协作能力，工作踏实负责，有一定的创新意识和文档编写能力。
